At Mammoth Headwear, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
